All scouts will assemble at tha Race Track at 2 p. m. and from there until 4 p. m. they will prepare their camps. From 4 to 6 p. m troupes from Minersville, Milford. Beaver East and Beaver West, will contest in Tin Can races, rope Climbing 18 feet, kick target, tire dodging relays, Indian Club relays, escape relay and fire build ing contests. The. Scouts are receiving training from a special bulletin prepared by the Defense Program on emergency, so If the times comes they will be able to give special help in time of need. From 6 to 7:30 p. m. the boys will prepare their night meal and their camps for inspection which will be done by visiting officials., From 7:30 to 9:30 a campfire program will be held of community singing, Story telling, three from each troupe.
