This statement was made by the state's chief executive after several directors of the association had pointed out the value of building several small reservoirs in various parts of Southern Utah to benefia agricultural interests. The monthly meeting of the Southern Utah Cicic Clubs was held here Saturday under the sponsorship of the Beaver Chamber Commerce The business meet ing convened in the high school auditorium at 2:30 P. M. after the executive committee had met at noon. Following the general session, a banquet was held in the high school banquet room and a dance concluded the day's program.
