East Ward Relief Society The East ward Relief Society held their regular meeting Tuesday afternoon. A large crowd was present and listened with Interest to the social service lesson which was given by class leader, Vern Oakden. Mr. Moody is teaching a special class for the seniors. This class Is a review of the common branches. Dur ing this class last Friday the seniors were astounded when they found that they couldn't work a simple problem in mathematics. WEST WARD RELIEF SOCIETY MEETING TUESDAY It being the hfth Tuesday in the month special work was done by the West ward Relief Society Tuesday afternoon at their regular meeting on the literary lesson. Meeting commenced at 2 o'clock. .Councilman Lizzie Griffith in charge. Opening song, "The Lord is my Shepherd; prayer, Susan J. Murdock; song, "Beautiful Words of Love." The lesson was then taken up by class leaders Eva Whornham and Ivie Gentry taken from October magazine, the subject, "Faust-Go-ethFaust, "A world Drama," was given by Ivie Gentry. You Seniors Order Rings Friday afternoon at 3:40 o'clock, the seniors held a class meeting in the high school auditorium. The object of this meeting was to decide about when to order the class rings. It Is necessary to order fifteen rings before the company will undertake to make them up. It was found that over half of the class would be able to order their rings. The date for ordering them was two weeks from Fri- Last Friday instead of the usual yell practice in the auditorium, a soc ial was held in the gymnasium.
