M. following, within Beaver County and outside the corporate limits of town and cities. SECTION 8 Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance,, and any person who shall open, operate, run or conduct any dance hall, pavilion or resort outside of incorporated cities or towns in Beaver County, Utah, without first having procured and obtained a license therefor and paying the license fee or tax therefor as herein provided for shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and on being convicted thereof shall be punished by a fine in any sum less than three hun- dred dollars ($300.00), Jor by imprisonment in the county Jail for any period less than six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment. SECTION 9 This ordinance shall take effect on the 16th day after its passage and adoption by the Board of County Commissioners of Beaver County, andafter having been published once during the first fifteen days after its passage in some newspaper published In and having a general circulation within Beaver County, Utah.
