IoGflnesf's o ANNUAL SCOUTS' SOPAROVAN AT CEDAR CITY TODAY southern Utah districts to the Tlmpanogos council belonging of Boy Scouts will hold their annual soparovan at the Branch Agricultural college today and Saturday. The troops will arrive at the campus shortly after noon the first day, where they will be issued tents and camping equipment. The evening ceremonies will include the color ceremony, followed by a theater party, then a scout dance at the Junior high school as guests o the Cedar City schools. The public, especially the parents, are invited to attend. The program Saturday includes a parade at 10 a. m., a general assembly at 11 a.m., where President Low-r- y Kelson of Tlmpanogos council and Oscar A. Klrkham, associate region al executive, will be the main speakers. Following lunch hour the afternoon will be spent in competitive events, including wall scaling, first aid and archery, with demonstrative events, knot tying, signaling, flapjack cooking and handicraft.
