Show February 15. 2001 RECIPE CONTEST: The Health and Wellness Center is seeking recipes for their "Recipe Makeover Contest." Favorite recipes selected Mill be given a nutritious makeover, then the "before and after" recipes w ill be compiled into a cookbook that will be available at the Year of the Family Health Fair on March 31. SNOWMOBILE TON'S: Outdoor Recreation will offer Snowmobile Trips to Carter Creek. and March We will depart March from Bldg. 524 at 9 a.m. On our journey, well take a rest stop in Evanston and then arrive at the trailhead at 11:30 a.m. Well make our way into Carter Creek by snowmobile and unpack. Well tike our time getting ready and spend the rest of that first aftern(xn snowmobiling. All personal items must be taken on individual snowmobiles, so pack carefully. Items to bring 10-1-1 include warm clothing, sleeping bag, water bottle or canteen, and personal items. Individuals will also need f(xd for two lunches, one breakfast and one dinner. The cost for a cabin is only $40, which can sleep up to five x'ople. Tlie cost may be split between a group of five. Snowmobiling is only $87 per person riding single and $74 per person riding double. Bring extra money for gas for the second half day of snowmobiling.
