Stone, Anton 1 3 4 eggs Mix the above ingredients well and form into minature meatballs, about the size of a quarter. Brown meatballs in small amount of oil. When they are brown, remove from the oil. Add 6 to 8 green sliced peppers to the oil and cook until peppers are transparent. Then add two 8 oz. cans of mushrooms, either button, or stems and pieces, which ever you prefer. Drain mushrooms and save the liquid. Season the above with salt, garlic salt and peppers to taste. Simmer for about five minutes, then add the already browned meatballs to the green peppers and simmer ten minutes longer. Then add 2 tbls. of tomato paste and a small amount of liquied saved from the mushrooms. Simmer entire mixture for about I hour. Serve with french bread or hard rools. Serves 6.
