The polls at each of the foregoing polling places shall be opened on the day of the election at the hour of 7:00 o'clock a.m. and will be kept open and will be closed at the hour of 8:00 o'clock p.m. on said day. Blake Judge jane Berneche Judge Doris Bruno Judge Lavona Sidwell Alternate Lange. pioneer JUDGES OF ELECTION Alternate Price River Water Improvement District, Utah PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 14th day of April, 1975, a special election will be held in Price River Water Improvement District, Utah, at the places set out below for the purpose of submitting to the qualified electors of said district the following proposition: Shall the bonds of Price River Water Improvement District, Carbon County, Utah, in the aggregate sum of $3,500,000 maturing serially in not to exceed forty (40) years from the date or dates of issue and bearing interest at not to exceed the rate of eight (8) per cent per annum be issued and sold by the Board of Trustees of Price River Water Improvement District for the purpose of paying all or part of the cost of acquiring through purchase or construction, or both, a waterworks plant and system sufficient to provide water for culinary, industrial and other purposes through the supply, treatment and distribution of water, consisting of a source of supply, including water rights, pumps, electrical equipment, meters, valves and related equipment, water treatment facilties, including diversion and intake works, basins, pipe lines, sedimentation basins, filtration equipment, reservoirs and related equipment and housing structures and distribution facilities, including pipe lines, valves, valve stations, metering stations, including other equipment, materials, structures and appurtenances necessary or useful to the acquisition and operation of a complete water plant and system suitable for supplying, treating and distrubuting water to municipalities, industries and other users, including such legal, engineering and fiscal agent expenses reasonably incurred in connection with the acquisition of such water works plant and system and with the authorization and issuance of such bonds as may be properly payable from the proceeds thereof, said bonds to be payable either entirely from ad valorem taxes or from operating revenues of the district, or in part from each, and to be issued at one time or from time to time, all in the discretion of the Board of Trustees of the district? Said special bond election shall be held and conducted in each of the regularly established voting districts contained in whole or in part within Price River Water Improvement District.
