In the beginning of the body of each Proposition we have set forth the Ballot Title of the Proposition as it will appear on the General Election Ballot on November 7, 1972. No member of the Legislature, during the term for which he was elected, shall be appointed or elected to any civil office of profit under this State, which shall have been created, or the emoluments of which shall have been increased, during the term for which he was. ejected.
