Show Notice of Public Hearing ON THE DESIGN FEATURES OF A PROPOSED HIGHWAY PROJECT WHICH WILL ENTAIL THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SECTION OF U.S. HIGHWAY 50 AND 6 FROM THE BLUE CUT TO CAT CANYON The State Road Commission of Utah herewith advises all interested pensions or groups of assistance programs. Governing officials of Carbon County and Helper, Price and Wellington cities have been advised. The approved location of the project is as follows: Beginning at Blue Cut on U.S. 5'3 -i 6 and thence diverging to the west crossing the Price and proceeding southerly to a point southwest of Price where it curves to the east and again crosses the Price River skirting Price to the south and proceeding easterly, crossing U.S. 50 and 6 and bypassing Wellington to the north approxim-atel1.7 miles, to a point on existing U.S. 50 and 6 at Oat Canyon approximately 4 miles east from Wellington. Proposed design features to be constructed consist cf a divided highway on new alignment from Blue Cut to East Price, and a standard highway from East Price to Cat Canyon. Diamond interchanges will be constructed at West Price, South Price at IT. 10 and East Price at U.S. 50 and 6. At grade crossings will be at Blue Cut. noH'h of Wellington and at Oat Canyon.
