Some Individual appoint mcnlj are available. 1 OPEN LETTER TO PUBLIC movement has denounced the agreement and says that the International Control Commission "should stop all of its activities at once." It might as well stop them, for they have never been effective. The North Vietnam Comma- -' nists have long been in complete control of the Pathet Lao and at present time some 40,000 to 50,000 North Vietnamese troops are believed to be in Laos to enforce whatever policy the Communist plan to follow. Once more the tragedy of trusting any agreement made with the Communists becomes crystal clear. Nevertheless, indications point to more coalition agreements and more trust in Communists promises. There is no more reason to believe that a coalition with the Communists would work out satisfactorily in South Vietnam than there was in Lao3 only seven years ago. Neither is there any reason whatsoever to have any faith that disarmament agreements, pacts for controlling undcrscas military installations, agree-of ments limiting the testing SENIOR CITIZEN NEWS "I join with the President of the United States and fellow governors in designating may as Senior Citizens Month, and call upon all state and local units of government, in partner ship with private and voluntary organizations, to join in community efforts to give meaning to the theme this special month "Meeting the Challerg? of the Latter eYars."
