Show The HELPER (Utah) JOURNAL NOTICE TO BIDDERS THURSDAY, JUNE 23, 1966 PAGE FOUR Sealed proposals will be received by the Board of Education of Carbon County School District at its office, 333 East 1st South, Price, Utah, up to 8 p.m., Thursday, June 30, 1966, for the furnishing ofo all labor, materials, transportation, and services for the construction of an addition and alterations to Reeves Elementary School, 375 South Carbon Avenue, Price, Utah. Bids will be publicly opened office of and read aloud the Board of Education at 8:00 p.m. Thursday, June 30, 1966. The right is reserved by the Board of Education to accept or reject any and all proposals. A certified or cashiers check or bid bond of not less than five of the amount of per cent the bid, drawn payable to the order of the Board of Education of Carbon County School District, shall accompany the bid. This check or bid bond of the accepted bidder shall be forfeited in case he fails or refuses to enter into the contract or furnish the 100 Performance Material and Bond and 100 Labor Payment Bond as required by the Owner and the State of Utah. The entire work called for shall be the responsibility and shall be completed by the General Contractor. Detailed instructions, plans and specifications and proposal forms will be on file in the office of the Owner and Richardson and 1119 Architects, Richardson, Newhouse Building, Salt Lake City, Utah, where they may be consulted or secured for the purpose of bidding. A deposit of $25.00 will be required to guarantee return of said plans.
