UTAH Kiwanis Club Winner Of Blue Section Achievement Award S: GOAL COMPANY The Heiper Kiwanis club, one of 13 clubs in the o District, Blue Section, was the 1963 winner of the coveted Achievement Report Award, according to Frank Dalpiaz, the 1963 president of the club..
