Evidence of this fact is revealed in a report issued by J. P. Cima. city justice of the peace, this week. According to Mr. Cima, 21 traffic violators have been found guilty and fined through his office since "December 2o. Fines ranging from $1 to Jan. Driver's License Revoked Ray Tanner was booked before Mr. Cima on February 17, when he was charged with driving his automobile while under the, influence of liquor. He was meted a fine of $50 and had his driver's license revoked for one year. A case of Rose Crandle, operator of the Silver Streak Taxi company of Helper, was awarded a judgement of $11 from Mack McDonald, when he refused to pay for services ot one taxi jt is alleged he used most of one night . In addition to the fines imposed to date during February, Mr. Cima g statej that eighteen speeding, and running stop signs had been issued, but had not been heard.
