ATTEND MEET Members of the Business and Professional Womens clubs of Ileber City, Nephl, Payson, Richfield, Provo and Helper met at Provo Sunday afternoon, where they held the central and southern conference in the Roberts hotel banquet rooms. The afternoon meeting was opened with a banquet luncheon afterwhich followed a panel discussion, "Why is Economic Planning Essential to National Stability", with Miss Fern Bauersfeld, national representative, acting as chairman. Miss Carloyn Stein of Helper club, was one of the panel members. The Misses Rae Chrlstensen and Ivy Memmott accompanied at the piano by Faye Christensen, sang two vocal duets. Those present from the local club were Mrs. A. S. Wahl, Mrs. Marie Dletz, Mrs. Kate Happs, and the Misses Max-in- e House, Alice Bene, Josephine Feado, Inez Regrute, Anna Crowley, Faye and Rae Christensen, Mary Ottosen, Carolyn Stein, Ivy Memmott and Marion Bonaccl. HELPER MERCHANT WEDS One of the interesting events of im the season to Helper residents was the marriage and reception this week of Rachel Monfredi of Price and Nick Koulas, Helper businessman. The couple were united in marriage Sunday evening at the Greek Orthodox Church at Price and a wedding reception followed here in the Grill club rooms. Chris Bolotas of Price was host man wh'la He'"n and Sophia Monfredi acted as bridemaids. T'ij bride was dreed in white silk. At the reception over and eighty relatives and friends were in attendance for the banquet at which Bill White acted as toastmaster. Short talks were given by some of the close friends of the bride and groom.
