Hills, canyons and parks are particularly fascinating, for people like to be as much as possible. Monday evening the members of the Business and Professional c club of Helper enjoyed a luncheon at Heiner park, given in compliment to Miss Maxine House in honor of her birthday. Card tables were placed on the grass and the yard was a festive sight dotted with pillows and robes. Mrs. House prepared a lovely birthday cake trimmed with brown and enhanced with orange candles. After luncheon, games were enjoyed. Those present were Mrs. A. S. Wahl, Marie Deitz, Josephine Feado, Alice Bene, Susan Maulsby, Inez Regruto, Maxine House, and Marion Bonacci.
