More rigid control of dogs in Sandy city has been approved by the council, and dog owners are urged to cooperate in the carrying out of the rules governing dogs, according to Mayor Osaac Sorenson. Dogs off the owner's premises 30 minutes after sundown to 9 a m, are subject to confiscation, it has been announced. This law applies to licensed as well as unlicensed dogs.
