She was married to Robert C. Pratt, of Salt Lake City, while he was on a furlough. Annette is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. R. W. Quick of Midvale. Ivagene Olson entertained Warren Thompson, Dale Ballard, Barbara Olson, Dale Burgon, and Gladys Vawdrey at a dinner Sunday evening at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Leo Olson. Mr. and Mrs. Allison (Fritz) Bills have their mail sent to a new address now. They have moved into the John A. Aylett home on Center street. Lester and Ellen Clark Buckley are all happily married now. Best Gf luck, kids! Mrs. Margaret Peterson, owner and manager of the Margaret Shop, and her niece, Miss Jean Powell, are on a buying spree in Los Angeles, California. They expect to return home about Sunday. Maxine Charlier, of Sandy, left last week for a month's stay in Baltimore, Maryland, where she she will take civil service training. .JIIIeri Kekos is also in line for duty on the home front .•• she has a husband now. Mr. and Mrs. Ben Thomas and Mr. and Mrs. Gene Nutter were Mondl!y evening guests of Mr. and Mrs. Carl C. Jenson. Theodore Alexander, Carol Canning and Mr. Henry Goseman gave their Beehive girl and Scout A drive to collect discarded razors and razor blades is being made by the Salt Lake Navy Mothers' club, according to Mrs. Leo M. Kemp, chairman of the Midvale drive. The razors and blades will be collected and sent to headquarters for distribution to navy boys in service, who have lost their equipment, which in this emergency is hard to replace, Mrs. Kemp said. Persons having razors or blades they wish to donate are asked to contact Mrs. Kemp.
