Miss Nadine Taylor gave a clever reading of an old english three-act play. She portrayed all the characters. Mrs. Glen Mitchell was in charge of the program. Hostesses for the afternoon included Mr.s. William Thomas, Mrs. C. J. Welch, and Mrs. E. E. Greenwood. The next meeting will be held on January 19. Mrs. H. P. Cannon will be in charge of the program. A travelogue of a Mediterranean cruise will be the main feature of the program. Plans for summer SAFEWAY ~ORES The color scheme was il.lso carried out in the delicious luncheon which was SEtrved at a late hour. Progresslve games were played and prizes were won by Phylis Smith and Dorothy Mickelson. The guests were seated at one long table which was artistically centered with a "Father Time" replica. Place cards were silver horse shoes under which were concealed the favorite hobby of each guest. Head dresses appropriate for the occasion gave an original touch. Following the six cou-se luncheon the demi tasse was served in the living room.
