Friday, April 24, 1936 THE UTE SENTINEL Utah Safety CoUDsellor Sandy City To Install J To Lecture In Midvale Park Sprinkling Syste~ l Work on a sprinkling system and landscaping project for the new city park in Sandy is expected to begin within a short time, according to Mayor A. R. Gardner. Part of the park will be planted in grass and shrubs, and a part will be made into a children's play ground. The park ground has been leveled by workers of the National Youth Administration. Mr. Coombs, of the Utah Safety Commission, will give an illustrated lecture on safety and the use of the mech;plical lung at the Mid~ vale Firemen's hall Friday, April 24, at 8 p. m. It is expected the citizens of Midvale and vicinity will manifest general interest.
