Mrs. Knowles heard that we were interested so she very generously gave us about a hundred tulip bulbs. She came down one morning and showed us just how to plant them. All the students were very excited. Ever since the first greeting of spring they have been anxiously watching the shoots appear above the soil. The plants are about three inches high now.
