DEPAR TMEN T STORE S :t::any people are not aware that the fi1m.ing of thrill pictures is as trought with perils as if the scenes depicted had actually occurred in real lite. The hospitals in Hollywood are constantly filled with actors and actnesses who han been injured in the course o! their work. Recently William Welsh, a well known film star, was workinc under director Reens Eason in the Waldor! Studios in Hollywood and was portraying the part of fireman. He was required to go into a blazing building to effect the rescue of the • occupants. During the scene in the burning room, tihe supports gave away and the blazzini ceiling fell squarely on the actor. Only the quiet llCtion of William Hines playin~r the leading role and Director Eason saved Mr. Welsh from serious burns. This thrHling scene will appear with many others in the picture wihich will be shown at the Hub Theatre Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, NoTember 15, 16 and 17.
