Show Hilltop Tunes May 20. 2004 Around the Hill artists and artisans are being accepted in for the third annual Layton Arts Festival. The festival is July Layton Commons Park, held in conjunction with Davis County Buffalo Days. High quality original art work that will be accepted and juried into wearable art, ceramics, the festival are painting, wood, drawing-pastelglass, sculpture, photography, original music, jewelry, floral design, metal work and handmade crafts.
