Hill hosts a Volunteer Appreciation Celebration on Monday from MEMBERSHIP: Youth Center membership is $12 per year for ages and $24 per year for ages Members receive discounts on activities by showing their membership card. Membership is open to children of military members, DoD civilian employees and contract employees working on Hill AFB. For more details, stop by the Youth Center or call 5--8 Ext. POWER HOUR, p.m. Earn points for doing your homework at the Youth Center, then exchange the points earned for prizes from the Power Hour Store. In addition, a Power Hour Party is held at the end of each month. CONGRESSIONAL AWARD: Youth ages can earn the Congressional Award. To earn the award, goals are set for volunteer public service, personal development, physical fitness and expedition-exploratioAn adult advisor helps set the goals and plan activities to reach them.
