The program will target about 1,100 NCOs, staff through master sergeants, to retrain from Air Force Specialty Codes with NCO overages to those with shortages. The voluntary phase of the program runs through Feb. 23. If necessary, an involuntary phase will run from March 26. Some restrictions apply, depending on HEIR FORCE with cancer, their families and friends.
