TORCH CLUB, for ages meets the last Monday of the month from p.m. to discuss activities, events and field trips for the Youth Center. Suggestions will help the staff schedule and program activities. KEYSTONE COUNCIL, for ages meets the first and third Tuesday of each month at 4 p.m. to help the staff plan events. FINE ARTS AND CRAFTS CLUB meets Tuesdays from 34 p.m. The club is free for members and $3 for nonmembers. Participants create various items and are asked at times to bring a specific item to class.
