A few weeks ago there was some confusion concerning our account. We went to Ms Hall's office and she immediately stopped what she was doing to help us. She spent the next 45 minutes on the phone and computer terminal helping to get this straightened out. Thanks to her we received the refund we were due on our account. Ms. Halt is a very kind, pleasant and helpful professional It is always great to hear positive comments. I also would like to express my stV cere appreciation to Ms. Hall for the exemplary manner in which I'm told sh handles the most important job in AAFES serving the customers. |
