Lewis was arrested at his home ia the Third Ward on Saturday evening by Depntles Hudson and Nor-re- l, on the charge of unlawful cohabitation, and his alleged wife, Malvina Lewis, sabpp3naed as witness In his case. Mr. Lewis appeared before the Commissioner, and was placed under temporary bonds to the amount of $1,600. Malvina Lewis failed to appear, and an attachment was issued by the Commissioner and she was arretted and brought let court, when she was bound over lu the sum of $300. This morninz the case came on for hearing before Commissioner Hills. Mr. Lewis waived examination, and was. bound over ia $1,200 bonds to appear before tha next grand Jury, Wm. H.
