Penrose returned last evening from Utah 'County,' whither he went on Saturday morning to attend the Utah Stake Conference. Part of the forenoon of that day was occupied by read ing the Stake reports and sustain ing the authorities, after which Elder Penrse addressed the meeting. In the afternoon Bishop R. T. Burton aud Elder Joseph F. Smith occupied the time.
