The Lady Lions held this meeting at the high school auditorium for the city council candidates. It was an informative meeting as far as the candidates and their credentials are concerned However at tiroes I believe it drifted into issues that weren't pertinent to mis meeting. Good luck to all of them. Volunteering is a big thing in our Country now and I'm sure if we all carry a wee bit, the load will seem light. Our little city has so many opportunities where wc can do something, however the motivation is lacking. We just don't respond. The same people carry the same load year in and year out I want to use this column as a means of and motivating recognizing our of people community who make Milford a great place help to live. There are a lot of these people that I want to recognize and write about in this column. Aside from that humor, social events and chit-chwill be used to make it not only informative but enjoyable as well. Don't hold your breath folks, but I think the dog situation in Milford may be solved. More on that later. Each beautiful day we can get now is an extra gift. are fast Holidays approaching and my recipe box is open. Maybe I can share a few in future columns.
