After review, it was the consensus of the City Council, City Manager Baker and Building Inspector Rex Carter inspect the building, which is owned by Beaver City and prepare a cost estimate of the repairs that need to be made, along bid specifications. At which with time the cost estimate has been made, Mayor Lee will be contacted and a Special Meeting of the City Council will be called to approve or reject bidding of the repairs at the building. In brief, the letter states that Beaver fined 10,000 per City could I day for each violation of open t urning at the landfill. Numerous options for controlling the landfill were discussed including limiting hours of operation, sercing, patrolling by Search and Rescue, hiring an individual to patrol the area, etc. After a lengthy discussion, it was the consensus of the City Council that City Manager Baker contact and set up a meting with Beaver City and the Department of Health to establish what steps to take. In the interim period, Beaver City will be enforcing the ordinance previously established by Beaver City at the landfill. The City Council v.st 1 Minutes The Beaver City Council met in regular session on October 4, 1988 at p.m. with the following members present: Mayor Robert H. Mayor Lee noted that BeaverCity has removed its resolution on Beaver City's investigating participating in the Craig to Bonanza transmission line. Timetables for completion of the stucco work on City Hall and the power plant were discussed.
