The PTA is a great organization and has brought many interesting programs to our area to benefit both students - and parents alike. Any money that this group raises goes to the betterment of the school system. The halls and classrooms are a lot cooler this year at Milford Elementary thanks to the $350.00 donated by the PTA towards three new air conditioners. We can "thank" the PTA by "supporting" them with their different projects throughout the year here in Milford. So-- - lets go to "Back to School Night" and see how the school operates; attend the "Book Fair" and buy a few choice books for our children, and sign up to be a member of this organization! The Churches of Milford offer real bargains every day of the year! It is great to invest a little and gain a lot! The existence of our churches is based upon service. We offer values that are not available on the common market. One of life's greatest bargains is the investment of self and the receiving of peace, joy, contentment, fridevelopment of endship, and finally, eternal life. We may play the stock market with the intent of profit monetarily and bet our resources in a commodity we can not control and where gains are marginal and losses disaster-ou- s. We may invest in a lottery but it is proven that the odds are greater than that we may lie str-k by lirdirning that win. On the other hand investing our time in worship and prayer guarantees us that the least we will gain is the fellowship of other worshippers. "More things are wrought by prayer than this world dreams of." This quote is from a wiser head than mine and has been proven hundreds of times over. Plan to claim your bargains this Sunday. Choose a church and watch the benefits accumulate. Invest yourself and reap a future! "Catch the Spirit".
