EYDqd CEDAR DOWNTOWN - CITY Ex-La- x. Minersville went all out in an effort to become more clean and attractive this year as they participated in the State Beautification program. There were 97 entries in the program this year which is remarkable from a small community. We have many well landscaped lots. We wish to congratulate those citizens who put forth as much effort to make our community a better place to live in. The state awarded Donna Carter a special plaque, and many received a certificate of merit.
