Bishop James A. Morgan presided at the funeral. Mr. Woolsey was born In Beaver on September 12, 1893 to David M. and Sarah Ipson Riley Woolsey. He was educated in the Beaver Schools and Murdock Academy. On June 3, 1920, he married Ethel Jane Parkinson School Auditorium at 7KX) pjn.
