USAir is offering the military family fare prod sergram, a major step forward in a vice for the military family. Dependents get the discount when they fly with their active duty sponsor who is on leave, or pass, or within seven days of discharge. Before the program, the discount was offered only to the active-dut-y service member. Most airlines still offer the discount only to the sponsor.
