Brady, president of .Weber State College, outlined his formula for success in business and personal endeavors as a challenge to base managerial and administrative personnel. Calling upon his numerous and varied in business, industry, experiences educational fields, Dr. and government, Brady outlined a number of keys for success. Dr. Brady gave his impressions on the excellence of federal employees, gained as a result of his experience as the Assistant Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare in the early 1970s. Third, unified cooperative and unselfish efforts of members of a team are more important than the individual . in heroics of any single member. Fourth, success of a team requires that ' every member accept the direction of the leader. Fifth, worthwhile and ambitious goals and plans are essential to success. Sixth, success comes to those with the greatest determination to succeed. Dr. Brady challenged club members to increase productivity, which he feels is the key to combating inflation. His final challenge to club members was to develop a goal oriented life which can lead to success in any endeavor.
