Show HILL TOP TIMES 4 Page September 9, 1977 Mm Obtaining a "C" parking decal Area I just bought a new car and wanted to obtain a C parking decal for it. I have been very unsuccessful in obtaining one, as the man who is the monitor on these decals was never in. After four trips now I am getting to feel like it is a waste of my time to try again. Is there an easier way to go about obtaining a car pool permit? Q neighborhood. Thank you for your interest in the appearance of the yard areas in Area C housing. The responsibility of the appearance and care of the yards rest with the occupant. Most people have an interest in a well kept and manicured lawn area and put forth the effort and time in accomplishing this. Those lawns which are obviously neglected indicate a lack of interest and pride by the occupant. Assistance such as grass seed, fertilizer, insect control, and general information on the care and upkeep of the landscaping is available from the Base Housing Office in Civil Engineering. Although we understand all of the housing areas need improvement, the appearance of Area C has improved considerably over a period of years. The Housing Inspectors continually strive to encourage housing occupants to upgrade the appearance of their yards. We will continue to identify those who lack interest and take additional measures to insure improvement of our housing areas. A Several times in the past, we have gone to the NCO Club steak night. It is not the intention or practice to serve cold food at the NCO Club. The club management encourages all patrons to notify the waitress or night manager immediately when their food order is not satisfactory. This response gives management the opportunity to make corrections to satisfy the customer and keep our employees motivated to correctly carry out their duties. Also, two suggestion boxes with appropriate forms are displayed by the front entrance and the dining room entrance. Members are encouraged to utilize these forms which serve as important feedback information to correct any dissatisfactions the members may have. on-the-sp- ot They are in the middle of changing from the individual tool box to the composite tool kit (CTK) system.
