(U.S. Air Force Photo) Pendergraft heart screening program details being established for annual personnel testing teriosonde NonThe Civilian is Council Fund appropriated to sponsor again getting ready the Pendergraft mass heart screening program for all Hill AFB employees. Named in honor of Brig. Gen. Wesley L. Pendergraft who served as Ogden ALC vice commander from March 1, 1970 until his death from a heart attack in May, 1971, the program is in its fifth year. The electro cardio analyzer and roche -- ar- - automatic blood will again recorder pressure be used for the testing designed to check impulses to determine the condition of the heart. During the 1976 program, 2,359 personnel were tested, of which five per cent were referred to their personal physicians. Monitors for the 1977 program have been appointed in each directorate, staff office and tenant organization to assist in the scheduling process.
