Larimore, a Hill AFB employe in the Military Education Office, is enjoying the thrill of thumbing through the second published volume of her own works. newest Her book, All For Seasons" "Sprouting recently rolled off the presses and is now on sale in local book stores. The book explains the sprouting process in readable, step-by-ste- November from form, p buying seeds to using their sprouts in a wide variety of recipes. Six different methods of sprouting are described in detail and specific instructions are given for sprouting dozens of individual seeds. The second section of the book includes 220 delicious recipes showing how to use sprouts in new, exciting wavs. many of which were created the author. by Through this book, the reader finds that sprouting is an easy, economical way to add zest to the menu, money to the budget, time to the schedule and food value to the diet. Photographs for the book were taken by Capt. Kenneth C. Plans Beaudrie, Consolidated and 1550th Office, Mobility Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, 1550th Aircrew Training and Test Wing. Mrs. Larimore's experience with sprouting spans more than 20 years. She has a firsthand knowledge of their use by growing, preparing and serving them in delicious, nutritious meals. In addition to her culinary-artwith sprouts, she is also well known for her other s r cooking and recipes. Mrs. Larimore's first book, "Kids Tell It Like It Is," has been on the market for a few years.
