A show and egg hunt begins at 11 a.m. in the base theater. All military dependents under 12 years of age can bring their baskets for the cartoons, candy and eggs spectacular. For youths over age 13, a dance is scheduled at 8 p.m. in the Youth Center, Building 345. Dean has been elected manager of the Hill AFB office of First Security Bank. Mr. Dean joined First Security in 1972 as a night teller at the bank's Ogden office. He enrolled in First Security's management training program in 1974, and was named operations officer of the Ogden branch earlier this year. A Salt Lake City native, Mr. Dean is a graduate of Tooele High School and Weber State College. Active in civic and community affairs, Mr. Dean is also a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-da- y Saints. The new manager is married to the former Karen Syddall.
