Hosts for the evening were President of the Mess, Col. Bob M. Pennington, Director of materiel management, and Vice President of the Mess, 2nd Lt. Gary Long, service engineering division and a recent ROTC graduate from New Mexico State University. Guest speaker was Lt. Col. Leo K.
