Our Fair Ladies Mrs. Beck, wife of Col. Charles J. Beck, vice command er of OOAMA, known more familiarly as Vel, was born in Indiana, and was graduated from Butler University in Indianapolis. She is a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority, and while she does some substitute teaching now and then, didn't teach upon graduation, American Airlines. but went with Mrs. Beck has enjoyed Air Force life to the fullest and has worked with Family Services. Red Cross, and. has served wives' clubs in several capacities, the most recent as vice president of the Washington. D C. Air Force Wives' Club. Beck Kitchen Kapers By Lois Mich Cooking can be fun with all the new ideas to try in your own kitchen. You can experiment with new ways of cooking familiar foods, and use garnishes and sauces to make plain cooked foods look and taste better. This Green Bean Casserole is an example of such. Green Bean Casserole Make a sauce of: IT. butter, 1 T. flour, i2 t. Worcestershire sauce, 2 t. salt, 1 can mushroom soup and cup chopped pimento. Pour sauce over 2 cans drained green beans. Top with V2 cup grated cheese. Bake at 3r0' for 20 minutes.
