The event is open to the public with admission of $1.50 per person. Proceeds will go to benefit the Hill AFB Youth Activity fund. "The Electric . Waterfall", will present a light show, and six bands will vie with each other for the title of "Hill AFB Band of 1970." Last year Johnny and the Beats, an Ogden band, walked off with the title and will be there tomorrow night to defend it. The 1968 "Battle of the Blue Bands" attracted tee- 1,700 nagers to the event, and an even greater audience is expected of 1969 band lovers. Tickets will be sold at the door, and the base will be open at the West and South gates.
