Bachman came to Ogden AM A from Commander-in-Chie- f, Pacific (CINCPac) where he was assistant for Southeast Asia Treaty Organization and other International Affairs. In October of this year he was a delegate to the Military Advisers Conference in Bangkok, Thailand. Prior to the CINCPac assignment, he was chief, Support Plans Division, 7th Air Force in Saigon for about one year.
