Wood, 2849th Air Base Group; Sgt. James E. Herbst, 2849th ABG; Sgt. Leopold J. Ignatow-ic2791st USAF Hospital, and Sgt. Steven R. Lancaster, Hq Ogden AMA. Major Lewis received the 29, 1968.
