READY mile-per-ho- Hill AFB performers captured the revolving trophy at the Pioneer Days "Defense Mght" rodeo Monday evening. They took home the trophy for outdoing Defense Depot Ogden in the Commander's Cup race, goat tying and key hole events, steer riding, and wild horse race. In addition, Hill's wild cow milking teams, which performed all six nights of the rodeo, won the championship and runnerup honors. Michael A. Ciolli, nominee of Ogden Air Materiel Area. Lieutenant Ciolli formerly was chief of the Ammunitions Section, Directorate of Procurement and Production. He recently transferred from Hill AFB to the Air Force Academy where he is an instructor. Gen. Jack G. Merrell, commander of AFLC, presented the award plaque to Lieutenant Ciolli at the Commander's Conference held this week at San Antonio Air Materiel Area, Texas. In AFLC this year there are about 2,200 company grade officers (captains and lieutenants). Of that number, 10 nominations for the award were made by the commanders of AFLC installations.
