Events will start r v f at 1:00 p.m. There will be 16 events, with awarded to the first three finishers in all except the relays where first and second place ribbons will be presented. A Team Trophy will go to the winning team and an individual trophy will be given to the most outstanding individual performer. Finals will be played off Saturday night at the Base Softball Park with three games, startpre-seas- ing at on 6 :30. The Hornets will begin Davis County League play on Tuesday, May 21 on the Base Softball Park. MM , South Side Bowling League Champs Members of the White City Bowling Team all workers at Hill AFB are all smiles after the South Side winning Bowling League Championship for the past winter season. Richard Naylin won high pa me for the league with a score of 277, and Dale Pearson won high average with 186. The team is sponsored by White City Bowl and all members are from the Directorate of Supply and Transportation. Bob Fanner, sponsor, also is employed in Supply. Little League Benches Warm Up for Season The Hill AFB Little League season opened this week with games on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Games begin at 5 p.m. at the Little League Baseball Park. Jerry Phelps, Flight Test, the base entry played teams from nine houses in Ogden, Layton and Clearfield. Final score showed the base nine games ahead of the nearest competitor. Besides Major Phelps, who had a 193 average, other base members were MSgt. Dave Craven, 28th MAS, 183 average; Sgt. Jim Kuralt, 28th MAS, 186; TSgt. Pete Cuca, 2849th ABG, 192; and SSgt.
