HILL TOP TIMES DIPLOMAS Grandmother High School Graduate only Day Ahead of Granddaughter Grandmother and grand daughter, high school graduates? Nothing unusal about that but there is when they graduate within a day of each other. ' Anne Staker Searcy; an F-- 4 aircraft item manager in Materiel Management, graduated from the adult evening school at Bonneville High School on May 31. Her granddaughter graduated the night after at Ben Lomond High School. Mrs. Searcy noted a memo from Maj. Gen. T. Alan Bennett, Ogden AMA commander, to those at Hill who didn't complete and receive their high school diploma. The memo, dated Nov. 24, 1964, stirred her into action. Following a graduation, Mrs. Searcy, of Ogden, sent the general a thank you note for - Spot Bid Sale Set At Redistribution Redistribution and Marketing Division will conduct a local spot bid sale, at 9 a.m. Saturday, June 24, in Bldg. 890. Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. Military and civilian personnel may bid and buy. Items a.re now on display and may be inspected from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. daily, except weekends. Over 200 items will be offered such as canteens, mess kit pans, 4 canvas bags, aircraft inner tubes, desks, blankets, and miscellaneous clothing. Most items offered have been used and require repair. A complete list of items offered as well as sale terms and conditions, may be review in Bldg. B-- Ann Searcy his interest in high school edu- cation.
