This system was ini tiated for the purpose of track ing Horse Race subjects on a day to day basis. Jockeys were chosen to work with the Horse Race monitors and assist them in their effort to improve the Horse Race position. Trackinir Horse Race sub jects on a day to day basis en jibled them to detect warning feigns, anticipate problems, and instigate preventive measures wherever possible. The results of these concentrated efforts are reflected in the increased performance and Ogden AMAs first-plac- e posi t ion in the Horse Race.
