'" Four Ogden AMA officers have received the Air Force Commendation Medal at cerer monies at Hill AFB. Maj. Gen. ' Don Coupland, Ogden AMA commander, made the presen- tations. Cited were Maj. Wilbert C. Oltmann and Capts. Eugene J. Doerr, Arthur M. Moore, Jr., and Michael II. Price. Major Oltmann received his medal for his job performance as chief of the Traffic Branch, Supply and Transportation Directorate from Feb. 3 to June 30, 1964. He was credited with solving transportation problems faced by the directorate.
